With the right attitude, our production team takes care of a precisely coordinated mixture. In order to deliver a consistently reproducible product quality in our premixes for pet food, we work with gentle, high-precision mixers.
Our batch mixers deliver extremely accurate mixing results, which are checked twice a year by external institutes.
The convective mixing effect is caused by 3 factors:
- Axial mixing movement by the screws
- Radial mixing movement due to the conical shape
- Tangential mixing movement by the mixing arm
New bagging line from 5kg to big bags
With our newly installed bagging system, we can offer you a variety of individual packaging units:
- from 5kg to big bags
- plastic bags or paper bags
- sewn or welded

The use of a foreign body detector to detect foreign material rounds off the production process at the highest level.
